These superbly appointed recording studios were set up in 2003 by the current vendor as a private recording studio for himself, family and fellow musicians. It was not established to become a commercial profit making establishment and as such a charity was established in 2006 for the collective musicians to provide tuition and courses as a music academy to the wider community, this work continues within schools although the family chose to keep the studio for their private use from 2013. Commercial Earnings Potential:

The current ‘chill out’ areas were once used as tuition rooms providing services to private individuals, organisations and schools. The following profit generation figures could reasonably be attained if the studios were run on a commerical basis. Please note these are profit figures after tutors and other professional costs etc.

Rehearsals £1,000/week based on £25 per room for 4 hours. 2 lets a day, for each of the 3 sound proofed rooms.

Tuition Fees- £1,000/week based on £5 fee per hour, per tutor room hire. Based on 200 private students.

Recording Studio Hire- £250 per standard 8 hour day

Live Room Events, concerts, community useage, private hire - £500 week.

Live Room educational music classes/ hire fees £500 per week
