These superbly appointed recording studios were set up in 2003 by the current vendor as a private recording studio for himself, family and fellow musicians. It was not established to become a commercial profit making establishment and as such a charity was established in 2006 for the collective musicians to provide tuition and courses as a music academy to the wider community, this work continues within schools although the family chose to keep the studio for their private use from 2013.
