The company will undertake any instruction from a one off item to a full refurbishment contract. The process is dependent on establishing a close working relationship with the client. They must first visit the show house to get a full understanding of the type and quality of design and craftsmanship that is achievable. They will also be able to view the large selection of valuable pattern books that the company has built up over a number of years and that is regularly updated. The design team then make a return visit to the customer’s home or premises to understand the nature and size of the task. A photographic record is taken of every step of the project.
