Its private clients are predominantly in the A, B demographic and corporate customers have included international car manufacturers, and confectioners. The company will undertake any instruction from a one off item to a full refurbishment contract. The process is dependent on establishing a close working relationship with the client. They must first visit the show house to get a full understanding of the type and quality of design and craftsmanship that is achievable. They will also be able to view the large selection of valuable pattern books that the company has built up over a number of years and that is regularly updated. The design team then make a return visit to the customer’s home or premises to understand the nature and size of the task. A photographic record is taken of every step of the project. The result of several consultations is a final design that has been measured, costed and presented. Once accepted an initial deposit is taken and the work commences.
One of the strengths of the company is the in house workroom that handles the production of all the curtaining. All carpets and curtains are installed by sub contract fitters and the work is overseen by a member of staff to ensure their high standards are strictly adhered to.
