Business Profile

The company was originally founded in 1987 to provide fast turnaround design & print services to local businesses. In 2003 it became a Limited company and in 2008 established a second location.

Over time the business has kept up to date with technological advances and to its well established Litho services has added digital print, large format printing on multiple substrates and website design services for more complex commercial requirements. These include; website hosting, brochure websites and retail sites. Content is provided by clients.

The business is well structured with an excellent trading history and repeat client base showing continuous profit.

The owners have been running the company from two modern, well appointed, high street, central sites in two busy and well known commercial towns in North Somerset and Wiltshire; and as an ever growing business it is believed that there is huge growth potential for a highly motivated owner.

There are 11 members of staff employed across the two sites on fixed contracts.

The business is well established, profitable and has no bad debts. It offers a highly competitive portfolio of design and print services and has succeeded by remaining timely in adapting to the shifting technological demands of this industry.

Services include:

Graphic Services: Web Design, Guidance, advice, concept design and project management delivered by an in-house design team

Wide Format: Large format poster presses for lightfast internal or external posters, stickers and photo prints
Litho Printing: Superior quality large run litho print from trusted suppliers

Digital Printing: Same or next day colour print that’s flexible at a price to suit any budget. Small-high volume runs at high quality

Clients:

Technology:

All necessary equipment is in place required to run a successful digital design, print & signage business; a full inventory of equipment is available to all genuinely interested parties.

Recently £12,000 has been invested into the website which also offers e-commerce.

Key Strengths:

With many years of experience in the business, the owners take pride in the reputation it has established, placing it above much of the competition and gaining plenty of referral work by word of mouth.

The business is sited prominently in both locations and are well appointed, offering a welcoming and professional environment for clients to discuss their needs.

The business has a comprehensive portfolio of assets for in-house digital print, signage, finishing and packing.

The digital print and signage market is predicted to at least double in the next 7 years, whereas litho is in decline. This is a transfer of production from old to new technology. There is still a demand for lithographic work however and this is therefore contracted to reliable and trusted partners.

The business employs 11 fully trained staff, with an average age of 30yrs. A number of whom have completed apprenticeships during their time with the company.
